Victims and Prisoners Bill

Tellers for the Contents were not appointed, so the Division could not proceed. Amendment 100 disagreed to, in accordance with Standing Order 52(2). Amendment 101 disagreed to on division, there being an equality of votes, in accordance with Standing Order 55, which provides that no proposal to amend a Bill in the form which it is before the House shall be agreed to, unless there is a majority in favour of such an amendment (222-222). Amendments 103A, 109A and 110A agreed to. Amendment 113 agreed to on division (238 to 217). Amendment 119A agreed to. Amendment 119AA disagreed to on division, there being an equality of votes, in accordance with Standing Order 55, which provides that no proposal to amend a Bill in the form which it is before the House shall be agreed to, unless there is a majority in favour of such an amendment (209 to 209). Amendment 119B agreed to. Amendment 119CA to amendment 119C agreed to. Amendment 119C, as amended, agreed to. Amendment 119HA to amendment 119F disagreed to on division (67 to 175). Amendments 119F, 119L, 119N, 119Q, 119R, 119S, 119W, 119YA agreed to.
