Sitting suspended for consideration of Deputy Speaker's certification. Deputy Speaker announced certification and the House resolved itself into Legislative Grand Committee (England and Wales) and Legislative Grand Committee (England). Consent motions agreed to by the Committees and their decisions reported. Third reading. Agreed to on question and Bill passed.
