Technical and Further Education Bill 2016-17

The Deputy Speaker has certified, for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L, and on the basis of material put before him, that in his opinion- (a) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(2), Clauses 2 to 38 of, and Schedules 2 to 4 to, the Technical and Further Education Bill (Bill 108) relate exclusively to England and Wales and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J; and (b) for the purposes of Standing Order No. 83L(2), Clause 1 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Technical and Further Education Bill (Bill 108) relate exclusively to England and are within devolved legislative competence, as defined in Standing Order No. 83J.
