Criminal Finances Bill

I hesitate to intervene, but this is a point of general relevance to the Bill. The Minister referred to us being a member of European Economic Area. I take it that nothing will happen to this Bill when it goes on to the statute book, but this question is germane and substantive. The Bill refers to the European Economic Area, of which we are a member. Would we require legislation to stop being a member? Does that bear on the substantive issues in the Bill?
