Universal Credit (Waiting Days) (Amendment) Regulations 2015

Debates on delegated legislation on Monday, 13 July 2015, in the House of Lords, led by Baroness Sherlock and Lord German. The answering member was Lord Freud.
That this House calls on Her Majesty’s Government, in the light of the Social Security Advisory Committee’s Report of June 2015, to remove the housing element of the Universal Credit (Waiting Days) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, in order to mitigate the harshest impacts of the policy (SI 2015/1362). Disagreed to on division (69 votes to 132).
