Consumer Rights Bill

Proceeding contribution from Baroness Crawley (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 15 October 2014. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Consumer Rights Bill.

However, does she agree that the serious cuts to the trading standards departments across the country and throughout local government over the last number of years have impaired the effectiveness that she talks about?
