My Lords, I do not intend to move Amendment 38A, although the noble Baroness did not actually reject it during the previous proceedings. However, in view of the amendments taht replace “Great Britain” with “the United Kingdom”, will the noble Baroness check carefully when reference is made to consultation with devolved Ministers that Northern Ireland Ministers are included at all points and that the reference in general is to Ministers rather than departments? If she is prepared to do that, I am happy not to move the amendment.
