Local Audit and Accountability Bill [HL]

I am grateful to the Minister. I knew there was some reason why I moved this amendment. Can the Minister deal with the point about the reference to the Senior Courts Act and the Supreme Court Act? What is the difference there? Something has happened along the way, I guess, to make each of those separate expressions meaningful in its context. It may be that the noble Lord would wish to write on that, unless there is a meaningful note from the Box
