Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill

I have listened carefully to my noble friend Lord Clement-Jones on these matters and have taken note. I am not sure that I can convince him that consultation is the right way forward, but

I hope that he will accept that. I doubt that he will, but I have taken a firm note of what he has said.
