Lords amendment 45B disagreed to with amendments (a) and (b) agreed to in lieu on division (283 to 163). Schedule 3, Lords amendments 85D and 85E agreed to. Motion that a Committee be appointed to draw up Reasons to be assigned to the Lords for disagreeing to their amendments. Agreed to on question. Reasons to be reported and communicated to the Lords.
