Nuclear Energy (Financing) Bill

I listened carefully, as I always do, to what the hon. Gentleman said in his speech. I think what he misses is the fact that the demand for

electricity will double, so I do not think that his argument about the amount of baseload or firm power that is required necessarily follows.
