NHS Funding Bill

I am grateful to my hon. Friend for allowing me to speak in the English Parliament for the

first time. Does he agree that one way to get around this whole EVEL conundrum is simply for the English Parliament to be made officially an English Parliament and then we can all have our own national Parliaments in our own countries?
