The hon. Gentleman is making a fantastic contribution to the debate. Does he agree that one of the strongest recommendations in Elliott is that part of the due diligence, for want of another term, from here on must be that when those in the supply chain see an offer that is too good to be true, they must ask why? When horsemeat was being sold for a quarter the price of good beef, anybody looking at it should have asked what on earth was going on.
