Francis Report

Proceeding contribution from George Freeman (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 5 March 2014. It occurred during Debate on Francis Report.

Does the Secretary of State agree that it is important to remember

that part of what allowed the Francis report was the release of data on outcomes, and that such data transparency is crucial to understanding where best and worst practice exists, which may not otherwise be picked up?
