Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill

I think my hon. Friend is right, but our problem is that we are having to intuit the intention behind these provisions and this clause because the Government have not supplied evidence of a problem,

have not supplied a purpose for these provisions, and have not supplied any reason for this unreasonable tightening of the legislation.
