The person that the hon. Gentleman is talking about has that right now. There is no point in this legislation, because the provisions are already in place: the individual can already do exactly what the

hon. Gentleman says. Legislation was deliberately set up that way by Governments in the 1980s to undermine the ability of unions to take industrial action. It is already law; we do not need this new law.
