Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill

If someone makes serious allegations in the House, they should be big enough to present evidence. Where has there been evidence of ballot rigging in the trade union movement? The trade union movement is an extremely transparent and democratic organisation.
