Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill

The hon. Gentleman is very experienced and has been a Member for a long time. As he knows, what he has asked is not a point of order. The House has given the Bill a Second Reading, and his points are for debate, if necessary, on the Floor of the House.
