The Minister will be aware that the Environment Agency requirement is for self-certification of what those chemicals are. Will he say any more about ensuring, particularly in any early exploration, that the Environment Agency, or the Scottish Environment Protection Agency when in Scotland, are on site when the chemicals are injected, so that they can be absolutely sure about what is going into the process?
