Court of Justice of the European Union

Debate on Tuesday, 11 June 2013, in the House of Commons, led by David Lidington. The answering member was Emma Reynolds.
Motion made that this House takes note of European Union Document No. 7013/13, the draft Council Decision increasing the number of Advocates-General of the Court of Justice of the European Union and, in accordance with Section 10 of the European Union Act 2011, approves Her Majesty’s Government’s intention to support the adoption of that draft Council Decision. Agreed to on question.
