Justice and Security Bill [Lords]

Proceeding contribution from Jack Straw (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 18 December 2012. It occurred during Debate on bills on Justice and Security Bill [Lords].

The whole point of PII is that it excludes evidence. Therefore, by definition, there can be no compromise of national security in PII, but there can be no evidence before a court either.
