Financial Services Bill

Proceeding contribution from Mike Freer (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 10 December 2012. It occurred during Debate on bills on Financial Services Bill.

Does the shadow Minister not accept that as the trend moves towards trading on the screen, that should drive transparency? Should we not let the transparency of the market work first, before we rush to regulate?
