Public Service Pensions Bill

Proceeding contribution from Richard Fuller (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 4 December 2012. It occurred during Debate on bills on Public Service Pensions Bill.

Does my hon. Friend not accept that those pension schemes are fundamentally different from the types we are debating? The former tend to be defined contribution schemes rather than defined benefit

schemes. Does that not have an impact on the flexibility of those schemes and their ability to take account of those issues?
