I find myself agreeing with almost everything that the hon. Gentleman has said, apart from his view of those on the Treasury Front Bench. In addition to his experience in his own constituency, is he influenced by the fact that disability organisations have told us about the example of a man with a learning disability who had to wait for 25 years for appropriate accommodation? It turned out to be a two-bedroom house, which has now become his home.
