Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill

I thank my noble friend for that, and regard it as very remiss of me for not having mentioned it earlier. I have listened to what my noble friend Lord McNally said, and am delighted to hear that further investigations into certain things on the justice front, such as community sentences, are being taken forward.
