Terrorism Prevention and Investigation Measures Bill

I know this is fearful—every time the noble Lord mentions my name I stand up, and I will endeavour not to do that. My puzzlement was associated with the grouping. Had this been freestanding as Amendment 44A, we could have had a nice little debate about that and about its place in the Bill. I was puzzled that it was grouped with these other amendments on the relocation powers.
