My noble friend says that it is all my fault; I am not sure I ever introduced anything like this, but perhaps she did. The key issue here is that the requirements are not necessarily blanket impositions on individuals, and where that they are particularly beneficial there is support for those who are not able, without that support, to benefit from them. Otherwise they could be excluded from some job opportunities. We have given these amendments a good run through. I look forward to the follow-up from the Minister, but beg leave to withdraw.
