23: Clause 4, page 2, line 28, leave out paragraphs (b) to (d) and insert— ““(b) conduct which is intended to encourage or assist conduct falling within paragraph (a); (c) conduct which is intended to assist individuals known or believed by the individual concerned to be involved in conduct falling within paragraphs (a) or (b) evade lawful surveillance, investigation, or arrest.””
