Yes. That was another question that my noble friend asked. The effect of these changes come in with the universal credit. We are not proposing to get rid of the 16-hour rule for people in advance of them moving on to the universal credit; it will be part of that process. I hope that noble Lords will agree with me that this is a very positive move for families and that it will make a great improvement to the incentives to take work. In the light of the commitments that the Government have now made in this area, I urge my noble friend to withdraw his amendment.
