I thank the Minister very much for that information. To press this point, as he will appreciate, the reason for asking about transition in what appears to be a question about cost is that different orders of migration have very different costs. He said that he had one set of assumptions, he has now reworked them and as a result he finds that he has £300 million left over. I understand that. I would like him to reassure the Committee that he has not changed the assumptions on transition, for example, in order to free up the £300 million. I am sure that he has not—I have a horribly suspicious mind which comes of my years in the Treasury—but I will be grateful if he can reassure me and bring me back into a land of happiness.
