I was just trying to be helpful, and give our point of view. Whether it is a bigger group or series of smaller groups is not so important to us, as long as the Minister is able to treat them as mini-groups so that we can have full responses and an iterative process as we address each of the sub-issues. If that is consistent with the noble Lord’s view, that is a basis upon which we can move forward.
