160: Schedule 3, page 253, line 1, leave out from ““subsection (1A)”” to end of line 2 and insert ““— (a) for ““regulations made under section 18”” substitute ““section 9E(2)(b)(iiia), (3)(aa), (4)(a) or (5)(a)””, and (b) after ““Act 2000”” insert ““or under regulations made under section 18 of that Act””.”” Amendment 160 agreed.
