Localism Bill

Proceeding contribution from Baroness Hanham (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 12 September 2011. It occurred during Debate on bills on Localism Bill.
My Lords, I am sure that there is a fantastic explanation for this, but I am bound to say that at the moment I do not have it to hand. I am sure that the intention is to ensure that scrutiny continues, because that is our whole purpose. If I get a note in the coming seconds, I will share it with the noble Lord. If I do not, I will write with the answer and apologise for not being able to respond in person. Amendment 132 agreed. Amendments 133 to 151 Moved by
