There is a publication called Hansard, which the hon. and learned Gentleman might wish to read tomorrow. He will see what I will repeat it now, although I feel that I am taking Back-Benchers' time. The proposals in the March 2010 consultation, which were put forward by the then Labour Government and have not been taken forward by this Government, would more than compensate for the cuts being made in social welfare legal aid. If the hon. and learned Gentleman has a look at that consultation, he will see.
