Welfare Reform Bill (Programme) (No. 2)

The hon. Lady is being very generous in giving way to me. I imagine that there are a great number of vulnerable people who are sitting at home listening to this debate, or who will read Hansard. For the sake of clarity, I think it is incredibly important to go back to something that was said earlier and remind the whole House that people who are disabled are not subject to the benefits cap.
