237B: Clause 106, page 67, line 11, leave out paragraphs (a) to (c) and insert ““for paragraphs (a) to (e) of subsection (3) substitute— ““(a) a person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities, (b) a person who has a business interest that might be affected by the authorised activities, (c) anyone representing persons who satisfy the requirements of paragraph (a) or (b),””.””
