I apologise. Clause 1(8)(g) places a responsibility on the police and crime commissioner to"““hold the chief constable to account””" for"““the exercise of duties relating to equality and diversity that are imposed on the chief constable by any enactment.””" In particular, I am thinking of what came out of the Lawrence inquiry.
