Scotland Bill

I am intrigued by the hon. Lady's introductory remarks. They bear no relation to the amendments, but that should not surprise us. There is indeed a very serious matter at stake. We have tabled an amendment to devolve the aggregates levy, which is a recommendation by the Select Committee on Scottish Affairs and by Calman, and will make the Bill better. If we can divide the House, will Labour join us?
