Scotland Bill

Proceeding contribution from Pete Wishart (Scottish National Party) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 27 January 2011. It occurred during Debate on bills on Scotland Bill.
And the Secretary of State accuses me of being selective! It is not possible to be more selective than he has just been. We will never agree on these issues. What we have seen as a result of the work of the Scottish Government is an £8 billion loss to the Scottish budget since devolution in 1999. The Secretary of State, making the same assumption, said that £700 million would be lost to the Scottish people over the past 10 years. That is unacceptable to us, and we will have nothing to do with it.
