My Lords, before the noble Baroness, Lady Smith, decides what to do with her amendment, I will say that my amendment—Amendment 20L—seeks to go beyond what is in Clause 36(5)(b), which the Minister rightly said covers, "““the extent to which financial assistance is available””." I accepted that, but I went on to ask for the review to ensure that financial assistance is ““known to be available””. The Minister did not cover that point in his summing up—unless I missed it—and I would be grateful for his comments.
