No, I will not do those things, because what I said was accurate. The specialist children's hospitals and ourselves are engaged in a constructive process of discussion about the future of the tariff for those hospitals, and the top-up, should be. Until a proposal is made there is no purpose in informing the House. We will inform the House as soon as we are in a position to say what the tariff for next year looks like.
