Personal Care at Home Bill

My Lords, I am grateful for the support from all round the Committee for the amendments in my name. There was possibly more robust support for some of the amendments in the names of others. The two parts of the group of amendments are really about the same things: they are about delaying the moment of implementation of this and about reviewing the costs.
