114ZA: Schedule 18, page 196, line 38, at end insert— ““Exception to the public sector equality duty for small organisations Section 148 does not apply to— (a) a public authority specified in Schedule 19 that has fewer than 250 employees; or (b) a person who is not a public authority, but who exercises public functions and who has fewer than 250 employees.””
