I wonder whether the noble Baroness, Lady Hanham, could give one or two examples of what she means by this very important exception, ""except in relation to matters of employment","
because it seems to me that this Bill focuses more sharply on employment issues than on almost any other. That phrase, ""except in relation to matters of employment","
seems to me a key phrase which might provide an opt-out for anybody who wished to avoid the impact of this Bill altogether. Can she spell out in examples what she is getting at here?
