Child Poverty Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Geddes (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 25 January 2010. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Child Poverty Bill.
My Lords, it has been suggested that this would be a convenient moment to break for natural reasons. We normally do so for 15 minutes but we now have a Division as well. I am in the hands of the Committee, but I suggest that we make it a 25-minute break. Sitting suspended for a Division in the House. Amendment 29 Moved by
