But it is a huge figure. I end by saying that this amendment is designed to make sure that the authorities take this very important, non-marginal activity into account and that they do not just push it under the carpet, which is all too tempting to do. I do not know the extent to which we will wish to push this matter—I shall have to explore that further—but, for the moment, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
