I can confirm that. I said that I introduced the fifth financial target as an additional target. It may be that, after discussion, if it is in any way acceptable to the Government, the Minister will decide to switch or subsume it. That is the only change in the structure of the targets. Having said that, I am exploring improvement of the precise nature of the process that we are now dealing with in regard to the black economy. I hope that is now utterly clear and that I shall never again in this Committee be accused of encouraging as much child poverty in the country as possible. That seems to be the general point.
The most enjoyable thing about this Committee is to watch the noble Baroness, Lady Hollis, giving a wonderful impression of a miniature Vesuvius every time I talk. I enjoy that more than anything else. I hope it goes on.
