Equality Bill

For the record, in response to the noble Baroness, Lady Knight, on the question of epilepsy, I am not entirely sure what the situation is. I would not want to mislead noble Lords so I will write to the noble Baroness and put a copy of the letter in the Library of the House. To add to all the arguments that have swirled around on "reasonable", I am told that what is objectively reasonable in any particular circumstances depends on the particular facts.
