I am grateful to the Minister for his kind words. The Ministry of Justice press release comments on retrospective compensation for survivors, not those who have been killed. Can the Minister give some clarity on when the details will come through? He will know that Will Pike was injured in the Mumbai attacks. He is in a wheelchair and has had to set up a charity to make ends meet. I know that he would be grateful for an answer.
