98: After Clause 110, insert the following new Clause— "Exemption from civil proceedings for trespass brought by offender (1) Section 329 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44) (criminal proceedings for trespass to the person brought by offender) is amended as follows. (2) After subsection (1) insert— "(1A) This section does not apply where the defendant was at the material time a constable acting in the course of his duty.""
